By accessing or using JB Match AI, you accept these legal notices and agree that use of the platform is at your own risk.
JB Match AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any specific purpose.
We expressly disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Any match score, ATS screening assessment, keyword gap analysis, resume rewrite suggestion, or interview-readiness output is generated through automated logic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or wrong.
ATS systems vary widely by employer, software vendor, configuration, and workflow. JB Match AI does not and cannot guarantee that any resume, CV, cover letter, or application will pass an ATS review, reach a recruiter, result in an interview, or lead to an offer.
Nothing on JB Match AI constitutes legal, recruiting, human resources, immigration, employment, compliance, tax, or career advice. You should use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals before relying on any output for material decisions.
If you are making hiring, employment, or candidate-evaluation decisions, you remain solely responsible for validating the information, complying with applicable law, and avoiding discriminatory or unlawful use.
You are solely responsible for the resumes, CVs, job descriptions, and other materials you upload, paste, generate, download, or act upon through JB Match AI. You are also responsible for verifying every generated recommendation before using it.
You should not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party materials unless you have the legal right to do so and are comfortable with the associated risk.
JB Match AI may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI models, storage providers, analytics tools, browser features, and external websites. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, legality, content, or practices of those third parties.
External ATS platforms, recruiting systems, and employer workflows are outside our control. Their behavior may change at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JB Match AI and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform or any platform output.
This limitation applies to, without limitation, lost opportunities, failed job applications, rejected candidates, missed interviews, lost profits, lost business, data loss, reputational harm, compliance issues, and claims arising from employment or recruiting decisions.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JB Match AI and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the platform, your content, your reliance on outputs, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
These legal notices are intended to be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These notices are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JB Match AI principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
